1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Long Shot, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the product.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store terms and these Terms.

3. Product scope

Long Shot helps you stitch overlapping screenshots or frames from a screen recording into a long image, with optional crop and mosaic. It does not claim to auto-scroll third-party apps on iOS (no public API).

4. Your content

You retain rights to media you process. You are responsible for having the rights to use that content and for complying with applicable laws when sharing exports.

5. Privacy

Processing is described in our Privacy Policy. Media for the main path is processed on device and is not uploaded to our servers.

6. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is.” Stitch quality depends on your source images／recording (overlap, motion, UI chrome). We do not guarantee perfect alignment for every capture.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by 中华人民共和国法律, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer law applies.

2. 授權

我們授予你個人、非專屬、不可轉讓的授權，於你擁有或控制的 Apple 裝置上使用本 App，並受 App Store 條款與本條款約束。

3. 產品範圍

本 App 用於拼接重疊截圖或螢幕錄影抽幀成長圖，並可選裁切與馬賽克。不宣稱可在 iOS 上替第三方 App 自動滾動（無公開 API）。

4. 你的內容

你保留所處理媒體的權利，並應確保有權使用該內容，分享匯出時須遵守適用法律。

5. 隱私

處理方式見 隱私政策。主路徑媒體於本機處理，不上傳到我們的伺服器。

6. 免責

本 App 按「現況」提供。拼接品質取決於來源圖／錄影（重疊、晃動、介面欄等），不保證每組素材皆完美對齊。

7. 責任限制

在法律允許的最大範圍內，我們不對因使用本 App 造成的間接、附帶或衍生損害負責。

8. 準據法

本條款受 中华人民共和国法律 管轄（強制性消費者保護法規另有規定者除外）。
